Transport:

This is the type of executive-standard vehicle that we use. Among its many features:

• seating for up to 8 pax.
• twin 'captain' seats for side-by-side or face-to-face seating.
• TV & DVD/CD player with speaker or headphone output.
• room for good size holdall per pax.

In addition, we will provide:

• newspapers and specialist magazines (where possible).
• full itinerary allowing for stops along the way for refreshment and comfort breaks.

Pricing:

• tours will be based around a maximum 8 hour day.
• for example, 8 people picked up at one place (or along the way) within approx. 100 miles/2 hours of venue then the daily fee will be £500.
• price does not include entrance fees to venues; tickets can be pre-ordered for you and the cost included in your invoice or you can simply buy them as you go.
• lunch usually included but we will advise you in advance if this facility is not possible.
• a luggage trailer is available at extra cost. (please tell us in advance if you require this).

How it works:

• contact us to discuss the requirements of your tour; we will provide you a detailed itinerary and invoice, including terms and conditions.
• send us the remittance slip and cheque for payment which must be received at least 1 month before tour date or immediately if less than one month till tour date.
• we will contact you before the tour to make sure everything is ok to go.
